House of Prayer & Christian Fellowship Ministries was founded being led by GOD by the late Arch Bishop Leroy Phillips and Bishop Billie M Phillips in 1986. Their mission was to win lost souls to GOD and provide for the community through Operation Blessings and to always be a Prayer Haven unto GOD for those in need.
